Food - These are our 2022 vendors

We have both Dutch and American options.

our favorite is Olie Bollen- A Olibollen is a Dutch donut hole (with raisins or without) covered in sugar and served warm. In the Netherlands you may only find these during the winter holidays but we have it here.

Dutch food: Olie Bollen, Woorsterbrooje , Dutch apple bread and Snert (Pea soup) and new for 2022 Stroopwafles

American:

Brat Stand- They are serving brats & hamburgers. (some years they also have sweet corn-but that will depend upon availability) They support The Cedar Grove Baseball club.

M & T’s Gibbsville orchard- Apples!! many wonderful things made from Apples. (let’s hope they have apple tacos this year)

Lee drinks and eggrolls- They serve smoothies, Boba Tea and snow cones in their drink stand. Fried rice and eggrolls on the food side

Ice Cream is again being served by the combined youth group (C.O.R.E.) proceeds will help pay for their missions trips and special activities.

Pea soup, Woorsterbrooje (pigs in the blanket) & Dutch apple cake are being served by the 1st Reformed Church. The woorsterbrooje is made by hand with grandma’s recipe (there’s some confusion about who’s grandma but they’re delicious)

Blooming onion stand also has chicken tenders, fish fry, deep fried veggies and french fries. Bring a friend and try an onion they’re huge!

Coffee is being served by our new store the Koffee Trader -and they will be running the grilled cheese booth!

Oli Bollen- A Festival favorite for many years. Fresh sugar coated donuts with raisins or without are made in the Netherlands for New Years celebrations. Make sure you buy some for breakfast on Sunday morning because when we run out on Saturday night-you don’t get them again until next year.

Shoes and Stroops . Our Klompen Danser’s Scholarship fund has Stroopwafles -a carmel filled Dutch cookie (all melty and delicious). They also have wooden shoes that have been painted by local artists . The shoes are the left overs from shoes that have been broken by the dansers.
